  • The Parlor Room becomes home to the Solana Coffee Residency. From 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, the historic space transforms into a specialty coffee experience—a pause in the rhythm of the city that carries forward the hotel’s legacy as a gathering place since 1904.

    Founded and owned by women in San Diego, Solana is rooted in the belief that coffee is both craft and connection. Every bean is sourced through direct trade and roasted locally to bring out its clean, expressive character. From origin to cup, each detail is intentional—reflected in pour-overs, espresso classics, and seasonal specialties.

    Solana at the Granger is a timeless experience—an invitation to find intention in small moments through the craft of coffee.
